Retention beyond 90 days may apply where required by applicable law or regulatory compliance obligations. Users may request deletion of personal data by contacting contact@atlasguard.io, subject to the above retention requirements. Atlas Guard will respond to all deletion requests within 30 days.

We do not sell, trade, or resell personal information. Data may be shared with trusted third-party providers strictly for hosting, email delivery, analytics, and payment processing purposes, or if required by law.

Payment information is processed by PCI-DSS compliant third-party providers. Atlas Guard does not store, process, or handle credit card details directly. Atlas Guard is not a financial institution, payment processor, or money transmitter.

Atlas Guard is a software-only analytics platform. It does not access, control, or interact with customer infrastructure. Atlas Guard only stores data that customers intentionally send to the platform.

Customers connect systems through API keys or webhook endpoints they configure. Atlas Guard is designed for internal business analytics and operational teams.

Atlas Guard uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve the platform experience.
